Hey! Creators is operated by Krisattva Private Limited (CIN: U72900TG2021PTC147960), a company incorporated in India. References to "we", "us", or "the company" mean Krisattva Private Limited. This policy applies to heycreators.ai and its subdomains.

What we collect

Visit telemetry (path, referrer, device type, screen size) via Vercel Analytics and, if configured, Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager, PostHog, and Microsoft Clarity, only after you accept consent.
App-install and ad attribution via AppsFlyer OneLink and, if configured, Meta Pixel: clicks on download buttons, the source surface (e.g. hero_primary), campaign tags, and attribution identifiers.
Form input only when you submit it (e.g. waitlist, contact). We do not store data you type but never submit.
Strictly necessary cookies for the consent gate (hc_consent_v1 in localStorage) and Vercel hosting.

We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, government IDs, or financial information from this marketing site without your explicit action.

AppsFlyer Ltd. — install attribution and Smart Script v2. AppsFlyer privacy policy.
Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 and / or Google Tag Manager, if enabled in our environment configuration.
Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta Pixel for ad-conversion measurement, if enabled.
PostHog, Inc. — product analytics and pageview tracking, if enabled.
Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity for session and interaction analytics, if enabled.
Google LLC — fonts via fonts.googleapis.com& fonts.gstatic.com. We self-host the rest.

Retention

Visit telemetry is retained for 90 days at Vercel. AppsFlyer click data is retained for the standard 7-day window unless an install occurs, in which case it is associated with the install and retained per AppsFlyer defaults.

Your rights under DPDP Act, 2023

If you are a Data Principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
request correction or completion of inaccurate data;
request erasure of your data (subject to legal retention);
nominate another individual to exercise rights on your behalf;
withdraw consent at any time by clicking Reject in the consent banner or clearing site data.

Grievance redressal

Email privacy@heycreators.ai. We acknowledge within 48 hours and respond within 30 days, per DPDP Act requirements. If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Hey! Creators is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors and recommend parental supervision for anyone under 18 using creator commerce platforms.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 14 days.
