end user license agreement

Grant of license
Krisattva Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Hey! Creators app, website, and services solely for personal, non-commercial creator monetization purposes.
Permitted use
You may:
- Download and install the Hey! Creators app on your personal devices
- Access the web platform and dashboard
- Connect your social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Participate in brand partnerships and affiliate programs
- View your earnings, payouts, and analytics
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or platform
- Sell, redistribute, rent, lease, or sublicense Hey! Creators
- Use the platform for commercial purposes without explicit permission
- Impersonate other users or create fake profiles
- Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
- Scrape or bulk-download data from the platform
- Interfere with platform security or functionality
Intellectual property
Hey! Creators, including all text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the exclusive property of Krisattva Private Limited. Your content (profile, posts, etc.) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it to operate the platform.
Warranty disclaimer
The Hey! Creators platform is provided AS-IS without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of earnings calculations, or timely payouts. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krisattva Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of Hey! Creators, even if we have been advised of such damages.
Termination
We may terminate your license and access to Hey! Creators at any time, with or without cause, if you violate this agreement or engage in prohibited use. You may also terminate by deleting the app and closing your account.
Changes to terms
We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of Hey! Creators after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this agreement periodically.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
