Intellectual property ownership

All intellectual property, patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies developed by or belonging to Krisattva Private Limited (Hey! Creators) remain the exclusive property of the company.

This includes:

• Platform architecture, algorithms, and code
• Brand identity (logo, name, tagline, visual design)
• Earnings models and creator tier systems
• Proprietary analytics and performance metrics
• Confidential business strategies and roadmaps

User-generated content

Creators retain ownership of their original content. By using Hey! Creators, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display your profile, posts, and content within the platform
• Use anonymized data in marketing and analytics
• Feature you in case studies or testimonials (with consent)

You may not sell, license, or transfer this content to third parties through our platform without explicit permission.

Confidential information

If you receive confidential information from Hey! Creators (beta features, unreleased products, financial data, creator earnings rankings, etc.), you agree to:

• Keep it strictly confidential
• Not disclose it to competitors, media, or the public
• Use it solely for the purpose provided
• Return or destroy it upon request

Confidentiality obligations survive indefinitely unless information becomes publicly available through no fault of your own.

Non-disclosure agreement

By accepting Hey! Creators' terms, you enter into a confidentiality agreement with Krisattva Private Limited. This applies to:

• Early-access beta users
• Brand partners
• Affiliate program members
• Employees and contractors

Restrictions on disclosure

You may not disclose:

• Other creators' earnings, tier status, or contract terms
• Brand partnership amounts or conditions
• Platform roadmap, unreleased features, or technical details
• Hey! Creators' proprietary formulas or algorithms
• Screenshots, videos, or recordings of confidential dashboards

Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, and damages claims.

Exceptions

This NDA does not restrict:

• Disclosures required by law or court order
• Your own earnings data (you may share how much you earned)
• General public information about Hey! Creators
• Feedback or suggestions on public features

IP infringement claims

If you believe Hey! Creators infringes your intellectual property rights, notify us at legal@heycreators.ai with:

• Description of the allegedly infringed work
• Your ownership proof
• Specific location of infringement on our platform
• Your contact information

We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

Governing law

This IP Protection and NDA agreement is governed by Indian copyright law, trademark law, trade secret law, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
