End User License Agreement (EULA) - HeyCreators.ai (Krisattva Private Limited)

1. Agreement Acceptance:

By accessing and using HeyCreators.ai ("App"), you, the user, agree to abide by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. License Grant:

Subject to the terms of this EULA, HeyCreators.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your creator career growth purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by HeyCreators.ai.

3. Restrictions:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights to the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App.

4. Ownership:

HeyCreators.ai retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Termination:

Your license to use the App will terminate automatically if you violate any of the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The App is provided "as is." HeyCreators.ai disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will HeyCreators.ai be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

This EULA is governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of this EULA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.

9. Updates:

HeyCreators.ai may, from time to time, update or modify the App. This EULA will apply to all updates unless otherwise specified.

10. Entire Agreement:

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and HeyCreators.ai and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
